Gaelle Devins
Executive Coach
Gaëlle Devins is an Executive Coach and Customer Success expert, whose global career spans the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. Former member of the Executive Committee of Richemont’s IWC Shaffhausen Maison.
Her own career encompasses sales, marketing, communication, customer experience, and employee experience, within the Luxury, Advertising, and FMCG verticals.
As a corporate leader, her typical mandate is to help large organizations make the transition to a customer and employee-centric culture, that supports growth and revenue targets. Presently, she leads both the Customer Experience and Coaching/Training departments in a central function. Her discipline covers devising and innovating strategies that create a more communicative, connected workplace to enhance team performance.
As an executive coach she specializes in “change management” in the workplace. Her approach unifies the needs of the employer and employee within a commercial corporate setting. She coaches and consults on implementing practical team solutions that deconflict and enables change, well-being, and performance.
Gaelle is the creator of the FLOW4U and FLOW@WORK Programs.
Originally from Switzerland, she speaks both English and French. Her mission is to plant the seeds to grow a forest of happy humans.
