Tim Sandock
Consultant
Tim Sandock is an executive leadership coach with over 14 years of experience working with corporate clients in various industries, functions, and locations. After a career in hotel management, he worked at the IMD business school in Lausanne for 10 years where he managed leadership programs and coached both individuals and groups.
Originally from Berlin, Tim has worked in Germany, USA, England, and Singapore and has been based in Switzerland since 2010. His natural interest and curiosity in people have led him to work in diverse, multicultural environments all over the world.
He uses different approaches as part of his coaching practice depending on what seems to be best for his clients. It is an approach that has no “one size fits all” plan or checklist. His coaching style has been described as empathetic, warm and yet challenging at times to get his clients out of their comfort zone.
Tim is especially passionate about group dynamics, and works with assessments, exercises, and experiential activities that help individuals to gain awareness of their contribution to and impact within a particular group. He delivers coaching both face-to-face and virtually in German and English.
Tim lives with his wife near Vevey at Lake Geneva and enjoys nature, photography and human connections.
