Marco Ortolina
Executive Coach
Marco is an Executive Coach and Leadership Development consultant with 25 years international experience across multiple and varied sectors.
Before turning to Executive Coaching, Marco held leadership positions in global organizations: Marketing Director in Unilever, Professor of Marketing at SDA Bocconi Business School, Business Unit Leader in GE Healthcare, and finally Learning & Development Leader in GE Renewable Energy.
Marco believes in the transformational power of coaching and in its unique ability to drive ownership, engagement and ultimately to make things happen, for both the individual and the organization. Having changed careers so many times and having led teams and businesses on the front line for so many years, he can bring a unique perspective to his coaching practice. A lifelong learner, Marco is currently focusing his research on assessment tools and techniques to facilitate the transfer from learning to action.
Originally from Italy, he has spent the last 20 years working and living abroad, in the UK and France, where he currently lives with his family.
